Charcuterie and Grazing Production Assistant

£14–£16 per hour depending on experience
Plattaire is looking for a reliable and food focused individual to join our growing kitchen team as a Charcuterie and Grazing Production Assistant.
This part time role supports the preparation and assembly of grazing boards, fruit platters and corporate catering orders delivered across London.
Our team also supports catering setups and grazing table installations at offices, events and venues across London.
The position is ideal for someone with kitchen or hospitality experience who enjoys working with high quality ingredients and takes pride in food presentation. The role involves preparing ingredients, assembling grazing boards and ensuring catering orders are prepared and ready for courier collection and delivery.
The role involves assisting with the preparation of cheeses, charcuterie and accompaniments used across Plattaire grazing boards and catering offerings.
You will help assemble grazing boards and fruit platters while ensuring that the final presentation reflects the Plattaire brand and quality standards.
The role also includes supporting grazing table preparation for events, helping maintain an organised kitchen environment and ensuring catering orders are packed correctly and ready for scheduled courier collection.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with cheese, charcuterie and fresh ingredients and has experience in a kitchen, café, deli or catering environment.
The ideal candidate takes pride in food presentation, enjoys working with visually styled food displays and is confident working independently in a kitchen environment.
An interest in grazing boards, food styling, charcuterie preparation or catering preparation is particularly valuable for this role.
Who We're Looking For
This is a part time role supporting the preparation of grazing boards, fruit platters and catering orders for deliveries and events across London.
Preparation shifts may take place either in the morning ahead of scheduled deliveries or in the evening prior to delivery days depending on order volume and upcoming catering requirements.
The role will initially involve approximately ten to fifteen hours per week with the potential for additional hours as Plattaire continues to expand its catering operations.
