For gifting boards, please allow 48 hours’ notice when placing your order to ensure we can prepare your board to the highest standard.

For grazing tables, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your date, as each table is bespoke and requires careful planning.

We deliver across London and Surrey. Collection is also available from London (M25 area) and Chertsey. For locations outside these areas, please get in touch to discuss options.

All boards are freshly prepared on the day of your event and delivered chilled in premium packaging to keep them looking and tasting their best.

Your board is best enjoyed on the day of delivery. Boards should be kept refrigerated until ready to serve, and can be left out for up to 3–4 hours at room temperature. After this time, we recommend refrigerating any remaining items.

Yes. Inclusivity is at the heart of Plattaire. Vegan, halal, and gluten-free options are always available and styled with the same care as every other board.

Absolutely. Every board includes a handwritten message card and the option to choose a ribbon colour. You can also add floral styling, premium cheese upgrades, or a Prosecco pairing to make your gift truly unique.

After your enquiry, we’ll arrange a consultation to understand your event, theme, and guest numbers. From there, we design a bespoke table tailored to your occasion. On the day, our team arrives to set up and style your table to perfection.

Yes. We offer corporate gifting boards, office deliveries, and event grazing tables tailored to your brand. We can also include your company branding or messaging on request.

We understand plans can shift. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. For shorter notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but refunds may not be possible.

Most of our boards are designed to be disposable and eco-friendly. For event displays, we may use reusable platters or props, which we’ll arrange to collect.
